1) Several years of successful in-dealership experience and a record of exceptional sales achievement.

2) Formal training in presentation and facilitation skills and demonstrated mastery in these skills through outstanding participant evaluations.

3) The talent required to develop real-world program content that inspires and motivates while delivering maximum learning retention.

Your AUTOTRAIN facilitators have delivered training programs for all the major auto manufacturers, foreign and domestic, as well as leading content providers such as Maritz, Sandy Corp, J. D. Power, etc.

Senior Facilitators:

Senior AUTOTRAIN facilitators have either advanced degrees or equivalent long-term experience in management, post-secondary teaching, military or social sciences.
