Scott has been a Communications & Management Consultant for over twelve years.  He has trained literally thousands of people in a variety of industries, all over North America.  Scott's diverse background allows him to draw concepts from and apply his skill set to participants across the business spectrum.


The Retail Automotive Industry is a familiar one for Scott.  Starting as a technical advisor, Scott's sales experience literally spans decades during which the only constant has been change. Scott has brought his product and skills training to Domestic and Import Manufacturers alike. 


Through innovative factory and original-content programs, Scott has brought Internet technology and e-commerce skills to personnel in over 400 dealerships nationwide.


He has recently worked with clients such as J.D.Power & Associates, Isuzu,

Lincoln  Mercury,  General Motors, Stoneage.com, and Chrome Data.  The Automotive Industry is where Scott's best shines. He understands the paradigm shift the dealers are faced with in today's marketplace. 


Scott has also been an innovator in internet development with his own in-dealership training projects, creating, staffing and setting policy for entire Internet Departments from scratch.


Scott's specialty is Customer Relationship Management, a rapidly growing arena that with proper insight enables the client too cultivate Customer Satisfaction and develop Customer Loyalty. These are NOT synonymous; however, they are equally as important.
