James M. Gallagher

Training must be in Jim Gallagher's blood. From the days as a Management Trainee at Chrysler's Philadelphia Zone Office through owning his own GM store, Jim was always eager to "Pull the meeting together and get the message across". Having learned from the great ones such as Joe Girard and Clint McGhee, it's obvious that Jim loves the automotive training environment.

Jim's automotive experience extends to the past Vice-Presidency of his state automotive association; his automobile leasing company led the emerging thrust of retail leasing in the 1980's. After the selling his dealership, Jim went on to manage both domestic and high-line import stores.

Staying in the forefront of automotive sales and marketing technology, Jim assisted Doug Jefferys in the founding of Automotive Data Management, Inc., a company specializing in the statistical analysis of dealership customer databases. The information provided by ADM enables a dealer to identify his or her specific market by model, maximizing the impact of advertising dollar spent in addition to providing effective inventory management.

In addition to his duties with Autotrain, Jim currently acts as liason to The Kimberton Group, developing and presenting financial management seminars for seniors.
